Continuing Education is a part of a nurse’s DNA. A nurse needs to complete 35 units each year to retain their nursing credentials. Hands Deliver will provide for those nurses that need additional funding to support the ongoing certifications that allow them to remain in the profession.
Along with the CEU’s required for nurses, training is also offered in all 4 recognized categories, should a nurse decide to transition but want to continue a nontraditional healing practice. These categories play an important role as they tie our financial aid with our educational offering because they complement Western medical practices. Non-traditional practices recognized are:
The Hands Deliver process to apply is simple.
A nurse who is in need of continuing education monetary supplemental assistance can apply for financial aid that covers up to $150 per application. When applying they would need to fill out a form that covers the following:'
Identifying themselves as active nurses
Providing documents through their provider
Presenting an invoice or receipt for reimbursement of up to $150
Each application is reviewed and results and possible supplemental aid will be given within 2 weeks from the time that all components of the application are received.
